Deliverable 10.2: Dissemination and Communication Strategic Plan

This deliverable provides the Dissemination and Communication strategic plan for the CircThread project including as outcomes: an update from the proposal communication and dissemination plan covering opportunities, targeted audiences, stakeholder groups, key messages and tools to reach them that will be used in the project, an overview of KPIs for the communication and dissemination, an overview of processes and collaboration mechanisms between the consortium partners for communication and dissemination works with partner feedback, and a contingency plan in case of underperformance with a monitoring & evaluation management strategy.
