Deliverable 2.3: Barriers and Solutions for Information Exchange and Decision Performance

This deliverable provides the Barriers and Solutions for Information Exchange and Decision Performance for the CircThread projects including as outcomes: an understanding of why the information exchanges as identified in the CircThread use cases between actors are currently not carried out from economic/social/organisational aspects (the barriers), an understanding of the needs of stakeholders regarding trust, security and data sovereignty for all the product information aspects, and a mapping of solutions to remove the barriers from IT, process and organisational perspectives. The deliverable will include based on the user needs identified for circular economy and barriers and potential solutions in relation to the use cases an evaluation with recommendations on policy issues for a Circular Economy in Europe and is marked as contributing to policy issues/recommendations.
