Delverable 4.5: Product Data Usage Contracts Service for Information Exchanges Governance

The D4.5 describes the Product Data Usage Contracts Service for Information Exchanges Governance for the CircThread projects including as outcomes: an overview of the concept of data contracts and its elements, a description of the data contracting approach for CircThread, technical usage policies and rules, and secure data exchange management regarding transaction participants, following the CircThread use cases and a summary of the exchange policies for different use cases. The deliverable also identifies relevant legal requirements. Also includes an overview of the backend implementation of the data contracts usage service, namely of how data policies are defined, how contract agreements are established, as well as the auditing procedure.
