Policy Brief 2: Eco-design in the context of the DPP

This report provides an overview of the critical issues to consider in eco-design. It describes a range of data that manufacturers could provide on eco-design. Possible metrics that the DPP could use to measure the impact of eco-design are discussed. It asks what information could be provided in the DPP to improve eco-design. Finally, it explores the key legislative and enforcement challenges and recommendations for the DPP to help increase the impact of eco-design.
